Payroll and HR Specialist

Based in Tallinn, Estonia


PAS Aviation has an immediate need for an HR and Payroll Specialist, based in our Tallinn office. Working very closely with airline clients, third-party payroll and accounting firms, plus our wider employee group and branch offices across Europe, you will find that no two days are the same!


Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and sending invoices;
  • Processing travel and expenses reports;
  • Helping with payroll;
  • Input of employee data and answering employee questions
  • Assisting with general office work and emails



  • Very good proficiency in English and Estonian
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of aviation or air crew processes would be an advantage
  • Ability to learn
  • High level of self-discipline and responsibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
