HR and Payroll Administrator

 

Kreuzlingen, Switzerland

 

Due to ongoing expansion, PAS Aviation, an international recruitment and employment company specialising in pilots and flight attendants is looking for additional staff in our Kreuzlingen Operations Department.

 

Following training, you will:

  • Assist regarding all financial affairs (e.g. payments/payrolls/invoices)
  • be responsible for payroll processing, including variable pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements
  • Assist with invoice processing
  • Assist, organise and co-ordinate recruitment campaigns for pilots and flight attendants, and liaise with applicants and airline clients
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes or company policies
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in various European countries
  • Maintain employee personnel records in electronic and paper form

 

To succeed you will need:

  • Education: Completed high school education or relevant work experience
  • An open-minded personality and enjoy talking to people, especially on the phone
  • An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A flexible approach to complicated situations and a good sense of humour
  • Previous experience in payroll or human resources is an advantage but is not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the legal requirements of different European jurisdictions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
